1. Shipping Fee Calculation
• Free Shipping: Enjoy Free Shipping on orders over HK$600.
• Standard Shipping: For orders under HK$600, a basic shipping fee of HK$40 will be charged.
• Special Areas: For remote areas and outlying islands (including but not limited to Lantau Island, Peng Chau, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, etc.), the shipping fee is HK$80.
2. Delivery Methods
We primarily use SF Express for our deliveries. Customers can choose from the following:
• Door-to-Door Delivery: Delivery to designated residential or commercial addresses.
• Self-Pickup: Includes SF Business Stations, SF Stores, SF Lockers, or partner convenience stores (please provide the correct store code and mobile number at checkout).
3. Processing Time
• In-Stock Items: Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days after payment confirmation.
• Pre-order Items: Please refer to the specific product page for the estimated dispatch date. Items will be shipped in the order they were received once stock arrives.
• Public Holidays: We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays. No shipments will be processed during these times.
4. Delivery Time (After Dispatch)
• Standard Areas: Approximately 1-3 working days after dispatch.
• Remote Areas: May require an additional 1-2 working days.
• Note: Actual delivery time is subject to the logistics company's arrangements. Delays may occur during festive seasons or extreme weather.
5. Order Tracking
• Once your order has been dispatched, we will notify you via WhatsApp/Email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's status at any time.
6. Delivery Reminders
• Please ensure the recipient's name and phone number are accurate to avoid delivery delays.
• If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect the item within the specified period, the shipping cost for re-delivery must be borne by the buyer.
