1. Application Period
• Customers must contact our customer service department within 3 days of receiving the product (based on the logistics delivery record) to apply for a return or exchange. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
• Damaged or Defective Items: Products that are visibly damaged or have a functional failure upon arrival.
• Incorrect Items: Items received do not match the order (wrong color, size, or model).
• Significant Discrepancy: The actual product differs significantly from the description on our website.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
• Products that have been artificially damaged, soiled, or show signs of use.
• Products with incomplete packaging.
• Sale items or products marked as "Non-returnable/Non-exchangeable."
4. Return & Exchange Process
• Contact Customer Service: Please contact us via WhatsApp and provide your "Order Number" along with "clear photos/videos of the problematic item."
• Application Review: We will respond with the review results within 2-3 working days.
• Return the Item: Once the application is approved, please send the item back via the designated method (or visit our designated location in person).
• Replacement / Refund: After receiving and confirming the condition of the returned item, we will arrange for a replacement or refund within 7 working days.
5. Shipping Fees
• If the return/exchange is due to product quality issues or incorrect delivery, the store will cover all round-trip shipping costs.
• For other approved returns/exchanges handled through mutual communication, the relevant shipping costs must be borne by the buyer.
6. Refund Details
• All refunds will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., Credit Card, PayMe, FPS, etc.).
• The refund processing time depends on the bank or payment platform, which usually takes 5-14 working days.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, China.
